Interesting. I talk to myself all the time and inner dialogue is also a prominent feature of modern literature, so I thought everyone did it. However, I do see an 'inner blank' in many.

It's not clear what causes that blank. Is it a response to an oppressive and disconnected way of life or is it innate?

Ataraxia. One of the words that too few people know in the world at large. Including many others such as menticide, iatrocide, polysemy & a functional understanding of the meaning of courage.

Great words. I had to look up ataraxia and polysemy!

I remember getting banned on FB for simply posting dictionary definitions of Menticide, Democide & Iatrogenic from Merriam-Webster as photos, with no commentary beyond "I thought everyone knew these words" in March 2020. Fun times! Polysemy is a beaut and describes media & the Overton to a tee imho

Ataraxia and polysemy are new to me. Thanks. My own faves are ponerology and pathocracy / pathocrat. I like the memesmithery of words like jabbatoir (aka vaccination centre), puppetician, maskhole, youthanasia (aka SIDS), indoctorinate (aka medical training), Big Harma, National Homicide Service (aka NHS), iatrogenocide (aka 3rd leading cause of death in the West), democide (aka leading killer of humanity in the 20th century)...

Thanks Brian. Ponerology is another new one for me.

Great article Francis, I just assumed everyone talks through their thoughts as I have always done this as far back as I can remember. Maybe this explains why people can't reason effectively and just find it simpler to get through life without critical thinking. I keep saying to one of my daughters ( who is aware ) that her mam and older siblings are NPCs as will not consider the world we live in is corrupted to the core (another CPU term). No wonder in the last 3 years my relationship has broken down as some people have not gained the mental skills to dream in reality. I know its my soul/spirit which constantly pushes information into the brain from the pineal gland as I struggle and fight with it knowing we are our own creator's of this world. No wonder psychopaths are so manipulative.

Oh whilst we have a significant role in shaping our lives it has crossed my mind that the idea that we create this world is being seeded to sow the idea that 'we can be as gods,' in line with the doctrines of Harari and the WEF that lead to transhumanism and a genetically modified or corrupted world. Are we creators of this world?

I think we are creators of our reality not the world. We are inventive and artistic creatures with a curiosity for a better life. These entities just feed off our reality by using us as I think these have no creativity, our controllers may not be human so still need us to feed off our energy. Thus they can't live with or without us, just need to manage the animals.

difficult to know. I wonder if it is linked to one's imaginative capacity

Interesting perspective. Internal dialogue so often seems to be a self denigrating process, but the idea that there might be many who don’t deal with this process is an eye opener. That might explain a lot. Thanks.

I’m a thinker . I have an internal monologue on steroids. I’m visual as well. Always thinking picturing evaluating . It’s my super power and my Achilles heel. I’ve been reading a book about suffering ( very Buddhist in its approach to addressing why we suffer) and the author says we suffer when we think overly much about our thoughts . I “ think” ( lol) there is truth in this. Every individuals experience of reality ( facts at hand ) is determined by their own mind. We who have internal monologues must learn to tame our minds so that our soul can be at peace and so our mind doesn’t overrun our soul . Didn’t Christ say : The Kingdom is within.

I wonder what someone's brain does all day without an internal monologue. Is it just blank, awaiting input? Sounds like an impoverished mental experience to me. Sad and lonely. Like outer space but on the inside. Kinda makes me shiver!
