I just remember seeing memes made from his twtr posts on FB and found that I agreed with many of them - but yeah, he certainly seemed to have come out of nowhere to then be seen everywhere. This pulls in dissidents while building social capital. To paraphrase Caitlin Johnstone, propaganda only works if you dont know its happening to you.
