Thank you Francis for coming to court yesterday, for sharing so astutely and poignantly what we bore witness too. Thank you for understanding with such perception the charade we watched unfold in court 45. Thank you for taking the time to write such a beautiful and insightful piece. You have evoked the experience, expressed the truth they tried to deny and shown how a mother fought for her son against the state machine - and triumphed. x

Thank you, Natalie. I hope we can do more together to overcome this madness x

My goodness that woman stood firm in defence of her son, she is a good mother who will take on any battle to protect him. The mother did not want her son's body to be injected and the state could not tolerate this defiance, what will be the next step in the future? I could feel my anger rising as I read your article, this could be any one of us but so many people have turned their heads away thinking it will not happen to them, but it will if this is allowed to go on unchallenged.

Thankfully enough people helped fund her legal fees and that is how she was able to succeed.

'14 days to flatten the curve'!!

If the face masks worked,

why the 6ft?

If the 6ft worked,

why the masks?

If both worked,

why the lockdowns?

If all three worked,

why the vaccine$?

If the vaccine$ are safe, why the

"No Liability " clause?

This is a brilliant witness statement to the power of one woman’s love for her son against the servile opportunism of so-called ‘judicial’ powers that arrogate to themselves the right to obliterate that mother’s love. But they failed.

Thank you and they did. It must have been excruciating for her but the fact she prevailed is uplifting.

This piece is hugely important for posterity. To have an independent witness in the public gallery who can accurately document what was said; as Sally Beck did with Andrew Wakefield. Not just a transcript but a nuanced reflection.

I’m still shocked that this goes on. Which individual was responsible for taking this matter to court? Their head should hang in shame.

Constantly in awe of you Francis, thank you x

Thanks Shouty. I wasn't going to go and then I had no plans to write about it but it was suggested to me on both points so I am glad it has had such an impact. It came to court because the GP recommended injection for Tom and Tom's mum contested it.

Don't be in awe it seems too much! x

Take the compliment. It’s not just you if it makes you feel better 😆 there is a solid little group of very talented people who always seem to say and do the right things. Unlike some very stupid GP’s.

Excellent piece Francis. So relieved at the outcome after such an insane and ridiculously cruel journey to get there x

Beautifully written Francis. I wonder what ‘lessons learned’ the bastards on the other side will take from this case. At the previous hearing the judge seemed to be irritated that force had not already been used to carry out the state’s will.

It’s quite astonishing that the judge did not know critical dates himself while casually accusing Tom’s mother of deception.

Well written. What a wonderful example of tenacity and courage. Thank you! I hope there is some recompense for both mom and son. Such cases take so much time and resources.

Thank you and regarding recompense, I doubt it. The state did not concede any wrongdoing or mistakes. "The landscape changed."

Beautifully written about a subject so filled with potential horror. Thank you for being there and sharing this story. And thank god for a mother who had the fight in her to stand strong for her boy. And to those who had a shred of involvement in this being taken to court over a “medication” proven to have harms and needed by no one, I hope in the darkness of night you feel the guilt you rightly should.

Fantastic tribute to a brave woman and expose of the sickening totalitarian nonsense gibbering its way through, Francis!

Thank you Francis for sharing this wonderful news and your observations at the hearing. Your contempt for the system and the absurd sycophantic shenanigans is subtle but palpable. I like that you manage to portray your disgust calmly without cursing. I go to Mad Mix and Abi for naughty words (who I think are both fantastic).

Thank you Beth. There is a place for naughty words but if I used them to describe what is happening once I'd be tempted to use them all the time.

Eichmann claimed that he and others with him were mere instruments of their masters and therefore not responsible for the actions they had taken. And sixty years on from his plea, that defence seems to be alive and well among the banal.

This struck a cord with me as I remember all too well

how marvellously exciting the courts seemed with the gowns and wigs. But the law is an ass. And the people “practicing” it mostly have god complexes. They are equally removed from reality as politicians. You described this very well.

Thank you Johan. Yes indeed, and yesterday the law seemed particuarly asinine.

Beautifully written account of a mother successfully standing up to all the cruel and evil banalities of an uncaring and hateful power, in order to protect her son.

Good article. Thank God for people like her.

That (I think Bob Moran’s) picture at the end was perfectly placed. It is so powerful, and one of my favourite of the last 4 years.
