Really good conversation that, thanks Francis. Your description of the madness of just walking past people on the pavement during the 'covid' days reminded of my own experiences. One woman shouted at me 'why don't you just listen to what your government is telling you!?' Infuriating times. Thanks for all your insights and efforts to wake people 👍🏻

At around 22 mins you talk about the ‘noise’ and the stimulation from social media or just in every day life. I need to show my children this.
This is how the military grade propaganda worked during lockdown. The govt was the biggest advertiser in the UK and you couldn’t go into a shop without seeing the visual prompts and hearing the audio loops.
