It's quite sobering fighting an enemy that has unlimited resources, money and platforms. And have a coterie of jesters who, it seems, have a secret language, coordinated camaraderie, curated backgrounds, or almost no backgrounds at all.

Thanks again, Francis.

Since 2020 I have felt like a long distance runner trying to break a world record, whereby a pacemaker leads me around the track for a couple of laps before they drop out of the race completely as their work is done and a different runner from the pack takes over the pacemaking in a never ending race with a seemingly endless amount of pacemakers (not the best analogy but I can only do sport based ones).

The human instinct to want to believe that someone is 'on our side' is our biggest weakness in today's times. In the last six years I have been accused by family and friends of being cynical but I obviously need to up my game where cynicism is concerned.

This is another excellent article thanks Francis and very much appreciated.
